24/7 Support Line Volunteer

Our 24/7 peer support line provides immediate empathetic listening and signposting to individuals, family members, and supporters across the UK. As a phone line volunteer, you will be a reassuring presence on the end of the line during challenging moments.

Key Duties

  • Answer inbound confidential support calls remotely.
  • Offer active, non-judgmental listening & reassurance.
  • Signpost callers to practical & community resources.
  • Log brief post-call notes for continuity.

Requirements

  • 18+ years old & UK resident.
  • Empathetic, calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Access to a quiet private space & reliable internet.
  • Complete our online peer-support training module.
