Welcome — come in and say hello

Hello, and welcome. Whether you've just found this place or you've been reading quietly for a while, you're in the right room. This one is for whatever doesn't fit anywhere else. Good days, bad days, the thing you can't be bothered to explain to people who don't get it. You don't need a question, and you don't need to be having a hard time to post. "Not much to report" is a perfectly good message. A few things about how we'd like it to feel in here: Nobody has to share more than they want to. You can post about your condition or never mention it. You can read for as long as you like before you say anything — plenty of people do, and that's fine. Everyone here is at a different point. Some people were diagnosed last week, some decades ago, and some are here for someone they care about. Nobody's experience is the standard one, and nothing you're feeling is the wrong thing to feel. Be kind. That's really the only rule. So: say hello. Tell us as much or as little as you want — how today's going, what brought you here, or nothing at all. One line is plenty. It all counts.
